• Electrode develops surface checks and is not machinable or forgeable and is ideal for teeth, screws, tile mixer paddles and crushing equipment.
• Primary applications include severe abrasion with moderate to heavy impact.
• It is a solid core electrode with a heavy extruded coating that comprises of the alloying elements.
• Deposits are uniform with a great bead appearance and slag removal.
• 2-layer deposits assure full, undiluted welds for high wear resistance.
• Shielded metal arc welding electrode has a very high compressive strength and it can be used on carbon or austenitic manganese steel components.
• Electrode uses AC or DC welding current and can be applied in stringer or weave beads.
