Requirements for a Distributor account with Techniweld USA

There are a few things we need from all distributors in order to set up a new account with Techniweld USA. Our credit team will ask for these documents during the account setup process. Please find the list below detailing what will be needed


  1. ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION AS AN LLC, C CORP, S CORP, ETC.
    If you’re missing this, please contact your respective Secretary of State

  2. W-9 FORM WITH EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (EIN)
    If you’re missing this, please contact the IRS and then prepare your corresponding W-9 Form

  3. BUSINESS LICENSE
    If you’re missing this, please contact your respective county's Business License division

  4. TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE
    If you’re missing this, please contact your state’s Department of Revenue

  5. BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
    If you’re missing this, please contact your preferred bank

Once you have all of these details, contact us & apply to become a Techniweld USA distributor! We'll help get your account set up so you can place orders as soon as possible, and even get some co-branded marketing flyers from our marketing team!
