Requirements for a Distributor account with Techniweld USA
There are a few things we need from all distributors in order to set up a new account with Techniweld USA. Our credit team will ask for these documents during the account setup process. Please find the list below detailing what will be needed
- ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION AS AN LLC, C CORP, S CORP, ETC.
If you’re missing this, please contact your respective Secretary of State - W-9 FORM WITH EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (EIN)
If you’re missing this, please contact the IRS and then prepare your corresponding W-9 Form - BUSINESS LICENSE
If you’re missing this, please contact your respective county's Business License division - TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE
If you’re missing this, please contact your state’s Department of Revenue - BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
If you’re missing this, please contact your preferred bank
Once you have all of these details, contact us & apply to become a Techniweld USA distributor! We'll help get your account set up so you can place orders as soon as possible, and even get some co-branded marketing flyers from our marketing team!
